Membership plans are services for which withdrawal of subscription is not permitted, as stipulated in the ‘Act on the Development of the Online Digital Content Industry and the Guidelines for the Protection of Digital Content Users.’

However, please be advised that if a member wishes to request a refund for a product they have purchased, the process will be conducted in accordance with the policies of the application market currently used by the "Member."

Contract cancellation and refund processing for services sold on the Apple App Store are subject to the App Store refund policy. Contract cancellation and refund processing for services sold on Google Play are subject to the Google Play refund policy.

Please note, however, that further use of the membership service will be restricted on the device for which the refund has been processed.
